How it works
STEP 1: YOU BOOK YOUR EVENT WITH US.
You can use the contact form with your desired date to book your wine tasting for eight people or more. We will check the availability and get back to you within 48 hours. After booking by email, you will receive a form to fill the address and contact details of all participants, so that we can send you the wine packages and the invitation to the event.
As soon as we have this, we will proceed to deliver the packages home and send you an invoice to your email. Please bear in mind that we need all participants addresses at least 14 working days before the event takes place due to the delivery process.
STEP 2: PREPARATION IS KEY: REFRIGERATE THE WINES AND GET EXCITED
After your reservation, a lovely selection of wines (6x0,25l) will be sent to all participants within 3-4 working days.
Please be patient. The wine bottles should remain closed until the wine tasting starts, and stored at a temperature of approx. 10-12 °C (with the exception of red wine).
In addition, each participant will receive an email with the invitation link, which will connect him/her to the group before the event kicks off.
You can already start thinking about whether you want to pour a glass of wine, or prepare a small nibble for the event.
STEP 3: LET'S MEET
On the day of the event, participants dial into a Google Meet conference- about five minutes before it starts- by using the link that they must have received in their email inbox two days beforehand. Our wine expert will greet all participants and toast with them virtually. Sit back and enjoy 1.5 hours of great taste, fun and professional expertise - a shared experience that everyone will remember! You can find more information about the wines here.
STEP 4: FEEL FREE TO STAY...IF YOU WANT TO!
One hour and half hours later, even if our wine expert says goodbye, you are more than welcome to stay in the virtual event for longer and end the evening as you wish.
Usually you will still have a few drops left in each glass of wine, so nothing stops you from more chats, whether it is about the wines, personal or business conversation. Enjoy!
